- Due to a delay in the issuance of the contractual solicitation document, the BEP has decided to schedule a pre-solicitation conference and site inspection visit at the Western Currency Facility, for interested parties to view the WCF wastewater pre-treatment facility in Fort Worth, Texas, pending solicitation release. The pre-solicitation conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2002. Visitors should arrive approximately 15-20 minutes in advance of this time at post 5, and call 3827 to reach either Howard Leatherwood or Tony Fast. Interested parties wishing to view the WCF wastewater pre-treatment facility and to attend the pre-solicitation conference are required to submit a written request of your intention to visit by not later than close of business October 9, 2002. Please provide the name, place and date of birth and social security number of each attendee. Telephonic requests cannot be honored- please e-mail or fax your requests to george.robertson@bep.treas.gov or fax to 202-874-2200. Please refer to previous notices (modifications 01 and 02) on October 3, 2002 under solicitation number BEP-02-28, for advance copies of the performance-based statement of work, performance work summary, quality assurance surveillance plan, SOW attachments, and directions to the WCF production plant.
