- BPA 6FEP-E3-021470-I for FSC 5120 Extractors, Installing & Removal Tools will be issued October 4, 2002. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will contain 54 non-stock NSN's. The period of the BPA will be 5 years beginning 12/01/02 through 11/30/07. The NSN's are in accordance with technical descriptions, Anci Standards, Drawings, Brand Name or Equal items and One QPL Qualified requirement. QUANTITY BREAKS ARE INCLUDED AND AWARD WILL BE MADE IN THE AGGREGATE. This BPA will be available on the federal business Opportunities Internet website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the BPA and returning to the address specified.
