- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In HARRISONBURG, VIRGINIA REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing Class A office and specialized space consisting of approximately _4485_square feet of rentable space with a minimum of 5 secured parking spaces. Rentable space shall yield 3,900 BOMA Office area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment with the potential of future expansion of up to 700 OASF with 2 additional parking spaces. New construction will be considered. Unique Requirements: Unique requirements: All space shall be located contiguously on the first floor with a minimum of 3 private entrances. Location: Starting at the intersections of Route 33 (W. Market St.) and Waterman Drive go north to Chicago Avenue. Follow Chicago Avenue to Route 763 (Mt. Clinton Pike). Continue east on Mt. Clinton Pike to Route 718 (E. Market St.). Follow E. Market St. south to Cantrell Ave. Travel west to Route 42 north to Route 33 (E. Market St.). Then travel west to the starting point at the intersection of Route 33 (W. Market St.) and Waterman Dr. Lease Term/Occupancy: Ten years; ten years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 2003. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the lease. Expressions of interest shall include the following: -Building name, address, associated literature with 1/8?? scaled floor plans -BOMA Office Area s.f. and rate per BOMA Office Area s.f. -Site plans, aerial photos, pictures, etc. of site, if new constructions is proposed. Proof of land ownership is required prior to award.
