- Description
- It is the desire of the U.S. Federal Government to secure the best value for natural gas and the transportation of such natural gas to Federal facilities utilizing the most direct pipeline into the serving Local Distribution Company (LDC), therefore the General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Request For Proposals (RFP) for pricing of, transportation, and delivery (including any/all directly related ancillary services necessary) of natural gas supply service for the various Federal facilities and delivery points contained in Exhibit 1. Contractor?s prices shall be submitted to GSA utilizing an internet based transaction platform provided by WES at www.wexch.com in accordance with the instructions in Section C. Prices submitted through the exchange will exclude Sales Tax (ST). Offeror must submit 1 original and 2 copies with original signature on Standard Form 1449 via overnight express mail of this proposal, which includes the requirements outlined in section C.3. DO NOT provide pricing proposals or bids as they will be provided to the Government at the respective LDC auction. Proposals should be submitted to Ms. Linda L. Collins, General Services Administration, Energy Center of Expertise (WPE), 301 7th Street, SW, Room 4004, Washington, DC 20407 no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, October 8th, 2002.
