- Provide all necessary labor, material, supervision, and equipment for general renovation and alteration to Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse located in Greenville, Mississippi. This will be a total hubzone set-aside construction contract with the ability to perform renovation work for a project range of $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This solicitation will be procured in accordance with FAR 15.1, Source Selection Procedures, using the "best value concept" in making the selection. This solicitation is set-aside for total hubzone businesses only. The NAIC for this procurement is 233320 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million.
