- Description
- The General Services Administration desires to lease approximately 15,800 rentable square feet of office space. Rentable space must yeild 13,750 usable square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The building offered must be located in the city of San Jose, CA within 5 minutes drive time to the San Jose Airport. The building offered must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as class A modern office building, must be altered to meet Government requirements, and must be fully serviced. The building must meet UBC seismic standards. The term of the lease will be 5 years, 3 years firm with 60 days termination rights by the Government after the initial firm term. Occupancy is desired by November 19, 2002. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address. 2. Rentable square feet offered and rate per rentable square foot. 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage. 4. Common Area Factor for available space by floor, if applicable.
