A non-commercial, requirements type contract with a basic and 4 option periods including one 90 day 25% extension option. Item 0001 Input/Output NSN 2840-00-987-1695RV P/N: 553365; 0002 Input/Output NSN 2840-00-987-1701RV P/N 553502. Item 0001: Basic Year BEQ 46 EA; Option Year I BEQ 41 EA; Option Year II BEQ 25 EA; Option Year III BEQ 23 EA; Option Year IV BEQ 20 EA; 90 day/25 % BEQ 5 EA. Item 0002: Basic Year BEQ 60 EA; Option Year I BEQ 40 EA; Option Year II BEQ 34 EA; Option Year III BEQ 23 EA; Option Year IV BEQ 24 EA; 90 day/25% BEQ 5 EA. Applicable to: TF33 Engines. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: 3 to 6 each every 30 days after receipt of order and reparables. Item description: P/N 553365 is 7.210 inches diameter, 0.695 inches thick, and manufactured from AMS 6322 OR AMS 6323 steel. P/N 553502 is 7.360 inches diameter, 1.057 inches thick, and manufactured from AMS 6323 steel with flame plate sealing surfaces. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 and 0002. An Initial Production Evaluation may be required. The approximate issue date is 09 MAY 2002 and the estimated response date will be 10 JUNE 2002. The anticipated award date will be 10 JULY 2002. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition involves data that are subject to export control laws and regulations. Only contractors who are registered and certified with the Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC) shall be provided copies of the Statement of Work which is subject to foreign disclosure restrictions. You must submit a copy of your approved DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to obtain a copy of the Statement of Work. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
