- The General Services Administration, Federal Supply Service, has refreshed the standing solicitation for Marketing, Media and Public Information Services, FSC Group 738, Part I, on or about April 24, 2002. The resultant contracts will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task orders under the Multiple Award Federal Supply Schedule. There is no closing date for receipt of offers; therefore, offers may be submitted for consideration at any time. The schedule period is continuous; contracts awarded under this standing solicitation will have a contract period beginning on the date of award and last for five (5) years from that date unless cancelled or terminated. In addition, the contract also has (3) five-year option periods. Federal Agencies will use these schedule contracts on a non-mandatory basis in order to accomplish and support their agency's mission on a national and worldwide basis. Services for this procurement include: Market Research, Media Analysis and Related Services; Web Site Design and Maintenance; Trade Shows/Exhibits and Conference and Events Planning Services; Press and Public Relations Services; Public Education and Outdoor Marketing and Media Services; Radio and Television, and Public Service Announcements; Introduction of New Products or Services; Full Service Marketing and Media, and Public Information Services; Direct Mail Services; Commercial Photography Services; Commercial Art and Graphic Design Services; and Videotape and Film Production Services. The following Services will be set-aside 100% for small business firms only: Commercial Photography Services; Web Site Design and Maintenance; Trade Shows/Exhibits and Conference and Events Planning Services. This solicitation will only be available on the Internet at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
