- Amendment 0002 is issued to solicitation TIRWR-02-B-00001 for the purpose of: 1. Incorporating the most current Department of Labor Wage Determination. A. Wage Determination Number: CA020029 dated, 06/14/02, modification #10, dated 06/14/02. B. Expiration date: Indefinite C. County: Fresno 2. Providing the bidders mailing list, dated 25 Jul 02. 3. Providing the list of attendees at the scheduled site visit. 4. SPECIAL NOTICE, To inform all prospective bidders of the Governments intention to incorporate additional construction work into this solicitation, based on the availability of fiscal year 2002 funds. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to amend Invitation For Bid (IFB) TIRWR-02-B-00001 for the remodel of courtyards, to include the remodel of the SCAMPS area. The preliminary scope of work for the new project is: Modify interior mail room to completely enclose, providing for a negative air environment. Work includes; purchase and installation of ceiling mounted computer room air conditioning units, roof mounted air-cooled condensing units, duct work, fire sprinklers and all electrical, plumbing and carpentry required. Estimated magnitude of the new work will be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. If funds are received in sufficient time to allow for bidding, the Government will amend the solicitation to add this new work and extend the bid opening date and time. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-AUG-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 04-OCT-2002.
