Description

Amendment 0004 is issued to solicitation TIRWR-02-B-00001 for the purpose of providing additional clarification to sheet D01 - Demolition Floor Plan as follows: 1. Key Note #2 - to read: EXISTING CONCRETE BENCH TO BE REMOVED, AND INSTALLED BY GOVERNMENT. 2. Key Note #3 - to read: EXISTING CONCRETE TABLE AND BENCHES TO BE REMOVED, AND INSTALLED BY GOVERNMENT. 3. Key Note #8 - to read: EXISTING CIRCULAR, CONCRETE TABLE AND BENCHES TO BE REMOVED, AND INSTALLED BY GOVERNMENT. 4. Key Note #11 - to read: EXISTING CANOPY ABOVE, TO BE REMOVED, AND INSTALLED BY GOVERNMENT. b. As a result of this amendment, the bid opening is extended to 21 August 2002 at 2:00 P.M. c. All Contractors shall acknowledge receipt of amendment by either signing item 19. on the reverse side of Standard Form 1442 or by including signature on Standard Form 30 along with your bid.
