Description

The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation is currently seeking concessioners to operate a food concession located at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Visitor's Center in Massena, New York. The Center is located in the Corporation-owned public overlook building on the South side of Eisenhower Lock. There is approximately 3,365 square feet of interior floor space available for the operation of the concession. Proposals are being accepted from all interested and qualified parties desiring to operate the food concession for the period beginning on or about May 23, 2003 through September 30, 2003, with the option to operate the concession for two (2) additional seasons (2004 and 2005). The concessioner shall be responsible for furnishing all personnel, supplies, services, and equipment, except for specified Corporation-owned equipment, to operate the concession.
