- Contract services are needed to provide alongside aircraft fuel delivery and related services at NAS Kingsville, TX for the period 1 December 2003 through 30 November 2007. All refueling equipment is contractor-furnished. The solicitation will be posted on the DESC web site mid November. All interested parties may submit an offer, which will be considered.
