Description
The subject solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base period of one year and four option years that may be exercised annually at the Government?s discretion. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Classes 1560, 1650, 1660, 1680, 1730, 2840, 3020, 3040, 3120, 4310, 4710, 4730, 4810, 4920, 4940, 5365, 5945, 5950, 5985, 6615, 6685, and 6810. A complete list of NSNs, their item descriptions, estimated annual demands, and additional information will be available with the solicitation on the DSCC web site. NSN item descriptions will be available for download at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp. Although a number of different weapon systems are supported by the NSNs covered by this solicitation, all are associated with the KC-135 Stratotanker. In seeking to establish an IQC(s), this solicitation does not represent actual requirements for delivery of supplies. It will establish one or more basic contracts against which the ordering office(s) may issue delivery orders for stock replenishment on an as needed basis. The contract(s) will require and pricing shall be based on F.O.B. origin. Inspection and acceptance is at origin. All orders will be for stock replenishment and will have the actual destination cited on each order. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See notes 1, 9, 12, and 26. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Availability of drawings: It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation.
