Description

PR No: YPG02130000288. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a C-135 Carriage Assembly. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fixed purchase with 100% option. The NSN, and Quantity are as follows: NSN 1560-01-118-7631; Quantity: 10 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination and Inspection and Acceptance: origin; 200 Days ARO. Specifications, Plans, or Drawings related to this procurement are available and can be furnished by the Government. A Boeing ?Rights Guard? protected technical data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN. T0 request a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR Form P42, certification for the use of rights guard technical data, must be submitted to: Defense Supply Center Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VAB (Rights Guard Program), Richmond VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 08 Nov 02. The anticipated award date is 08 Apr 03. Reference notes 1,23 and 26.
