- Description
- Furnish ambulance services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, 325 New Castle Rd., Butler, PA 16001. The intent of this contract is to furnish ambulance services, for basic life support transport and advanced life support transport, and Wheelchair Van, including all necessary personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials, and supplies, to the Department of Veterans Affairs, in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The contract will be for one year from date of award, with three (3) one-year options for renewal. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The Naics Code for this acquisition is 621910, and small business size standard is $6 million. Bid Opening Date is December 5, 2002, 1:30 P.M. See numbered note 1.
