Description

Project LXEZ 01-1157A, Repair Admin Space, Bldg 3457, the work includes but is not limited to demolition work; new CMU walls; renovation of toilet areas; replacement of interior wall, floor, and ceiling finishes including wall and ceiling insulation; provision for new doors and frames including hardware; installation of Government-furnished modular partitions; related mechanical works such as Heating/Ventilating/Air-Conditioning (HVAC), exhaust and plumbing systems; related electrical works such as power and lighting systems, smoke and heat detectors; and all other related and incidental works in strict compliance with the contract specifications and drawings subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTY OF JAPAN. PROSEPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT.
