Description: NA The Huntington District intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price construction contract with Kokosing Construction Company, 17531 Waterford Road, Frederickstown, Ohio 43019, IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 ? (1), for the modification of the West Columbus, Ohio Local Protection Project, Phase IIE combined sanitary lift station to meet operating objectives as intended in the original design. The major goal of the contract is to correct design deficiencies in order for the newly constructed lift station to meet the original intent and meet customer satisfaction with the local project sponsor. An approved justification and approval is on file in Contracting Division. The NAICS code 234910 has been established for this procurement.
