Description

The National Park Service (NPS), Columbia Cascades Support Office, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms: The Contractor shall provide Appraisal Services on an indefinite quantity basis of tracts, or land and property rights located within the State of Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Contract period shall be from date of award through September 30, 2003. Contract period may be extended by the government with option of an additional year for each of the succeding four (4) years dependent on funding and acceptable performance by the contractor. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about November 13, 2002. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This request for proposal (RFP) is issued as a small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 531320. The Governmment may elect to award a single firm fixed price contract or multiple contracts to the low, responsive, responsible offeror. Proposals will be due by 4:30 p. m., December 13, 2002.
