- Description
- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Office of State and Local (OSL), has a requirement for lodging for 8 instructors (single occupancy)and approximately 42 students (double occupancy) for 12 nights in Orlando, Florida. Check-in: 12/2/02; Check-out: 12/13/02. There is a possibility of check-in or check-out early or late for a small number of persons due to flight times. The meeting space includes a main classroom (1800 SF), Breakout rooms (5 @ 400 SF), Training Staff Meeting Room for 10-12 people, and a Storage Room. The Training Staff Meeting Room and Storage Room may be combined if the room is large enough to accommodate both. Site visits are required prior to award for sites not previously utilized or visited/approved. Requests for site visits should be made after reviewing the RFQ requirements. A copy of the RFQ will be available on line at www.eps.gov on or before 11/1/02. Vendors are encouraged to download the RFQ. Requests for copies must be in writing to fax (912) 267-3132 ATTN: C. Doster. Request must contain business name, address, fax number, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail if available. VENDORS MUST BE CCR REGISTERED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. VENDORS MUST BE LISTED ON THE HOTEL AND MOTEL MASTER LIST (HOTEL AND MOTEL FIRE SAFETY ACT COMPLIANT).
