Description

Nonpersonal Multimedia Services: Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform Multimedia Services for Keesler AFB MS from 01 Dec 02 through 30 Sep 03 with one one-year option, two six-month options, & six one-month options to extend for a total performance period not to exceed 40 months. The multi-media program consists of photographic, graphic arts, audio/video production, presentation/support services, video teleconferencing, distance learning, cable access television (CATV) and electronic imaging, management control and maintenance of all associated equipment. The contract will be awarded using Price Past Performance Trade-off (PPT) source selection procedures. The government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract. The NAICS/SIC Code is 512110/7822 with a size standard of $25 million. The solicitation will be a 100% competitive small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 6 Sep 02 and available at the EPS website, http://www.eps.gov.
