- This solicitation is restricted to HUBZONE certified contractors in San Diego CA only. NAICS code 561720. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements for Custodial services for various buildings at SPAWAR Systems Center Command, San Diego, CA. The procurement is a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract for a base period and four option periods. Services shall be provided as specified in the contract. Resulting contract is subject to Service Contract Act Wages. A MANDATORY Site Visit will be required. Bids will not be accepted from any firm not attending the site visit. THE SOLICITATION SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY ON THE ELECTRONIC WORLD WIDE WEB AND CAN BE DOWNLOADED FREE OF CHARGE AT http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. THE OFFICIAL PLANHOLDERS LIST WILL NOT BE FAXED AND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE AT THE WEBSITE ADDRESS LISTED ABOVE. REGISTERING OFFERORS AND PLAN ROOMS MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE NAME, COMPLETE MAILING ADDRESS, AREA CODE AND PHONE NUMBER, OFFEROR TYPE (PRIME CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR, SUPPLIER AND PLAN ROOM) AND E-MAIL ADDRESS. Notification of any changes (Amendments) to the solicitation will be made only on the Internet. It will be the contractor's responsibility to check the website continually for any posted changes.
