- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DABN01-03-T-0020, Request for Quotation The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. 0001 - Building 1196, Turnkey IDCS with data cabinet - 1 Lump Sum 0002 - Building 1638, IDCS - 1 Lump Sum Provide, install and test an Internal Cable Distribution system (IDCS) and Data Active Components at the 221st BSB at buildings 1196 and 1638, Wiesbaden Army Air Field, Wiesbaden, Germany in acordance with the Wiring Standards and Specificatons 9WSAS) of t he USAREUR Pamphlet 25-1 dated 11 July 2000, pages 91 through 112. A copy of the Pamphlet and drawing of each building may be requested by e-mail. Delivery will be to the Wiesbaden Army Airfield, Wiesbaden, Germany within 60 days of receipt of an order. A site visit is required and may be arranged by Mr. Klaus Herbst Tel: 49-611-705-5872 or handy at 011-49-178-2846160. The following provisions are included in this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror' FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certificatons; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Item, and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. The offer shall include: 1. Proposed prices without Valu e Added Tax, 2. A completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representatives and Certifications--Commercial Items found at http://www.arnet.gov/far/farqueryframe.html with their offer and 3. The firms CAGE code, DUNNS number and TIN number. Cont ractor shall also provide as a minimum the full name and address of the firm with the telephone, fax number. All prices shall be F.O.B. destination. Award will be made to the offeror determined to provide the best value to the Government. The following e valuation criteria will be used: compliance with the solicitation, low offeror, technical capability and past performance. Quotations are due on 15 Nov 2002 at 1400.
