INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR MULTI DISCIPLINE ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING (A/E) SERVICES FOR MAJOR RENOVATIONS/NEW CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM Add the following to Factor B. Identify the firm providing cost estimating services. List personnel who will be performing cost estimating services, experience with estimating construction projects and modifications, qualifications, reference projects with points of contact, and methods use to develop estimates. Address the firm's ability to provide estimates in a short timeframe. Delete the word under in the following sentence: Each SF 255 in Block 8 shall include an abstract of at least ten (10) project examples varying from under $15-25 million in construction cost...
