Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for registration customer support services and modernization of registration process. Services include, but are not limited to, the following: mail room operations; processing a variety of data through data review, preparation and entry; computer operations; finance operations; scanning and imaging operations; registration call center operations; and production operations such as printing, bursting and binding to maintain the operations and enhancements of the DEA Registration Program. The contractor shall also provide systems and requirements analysis, design, software coding, testing documentation, training and implementation support for the enhancement and maintenance of the DEA's Registration Process. The proposed contract will contain a base period and four 12-month option periods. The Small Business Administration (SBA) has accepted this requirement as an 8(a) sole source award on behalf of an Alaska Native Corporation, Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), 301 Arctic Slope Avenue, Suite 300, Anchorage, Alaska, 99518-3035, and its subsidiary, ASRC Aerospace Corporation, 6411 Ivy Lane, Suite 610, Greenbelt, Maryland, 20770.
