Description

The U. S. Department of Justice, Justice Management Division , intends to issue a sole source purchase order to iManage Corporation, 950 Tower Lane, Suite 500, Foster City, CA 94404. This purchase order shall provide maintenance for iManage software and associated system equipment. The software products and documentation covered under this purchase order and its price schedules are for the express purpose of supporting USDOJ Antitrust Division requirements. These software products are proprietary to iManage and third part maintenance is not authorized. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed purchase order action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No Request for Quotations (RFQ) is available. All information received by close of business, 11/6/2002 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted by FAX at 202-307-1931 or email.
