- Description
- The Purpose of this sources sought is to develop Bidders Mailing List (BML) for receipt of draft request for proposal (DRFP). Industry will have an opportunity to provide their DRFP as market survey. This requirement is by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico to furnish all necessary labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision to render complete Building Cleaning & Maintenance Services (Janitorial Services) and the applicable NAIC is 561720. The requirement will include the following areas: from 4th floor up to 9th floor of the San Juan VA Medical Center. The aforementioned areas have an approximate estimated 130,000 sq. ft. The San Juan VA Contracting Office requests that all interested parties provide the following information in writing: Company Name; Address; Business Size; Telephone/Fax Numbers, and Point of Contact. This Market Survey does not commit the Government to immediately seek for the aforementioned services. Due date to submit this information is on November 29, 2002 at 3:30 p.m. America Puerto Rico_Time and it should be sent to the following address: Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Facility Management Service, (FMS), Attn. Grissel J. Silva, Environmental Care Officer, #10 Calle Casia, San Juan, PR 00921. All technical questions regarding this sources sought must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to (787) 641-9363 attention to Ms. Grissel J. Silva, Environmental Care Officer. No telephone or e-mail questions will be accepted. All FOIA requests received in our facility will be processed in accordance with the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) through the delegated FOIA Officer. All requests must be in writing by any person and the documents must be signed, including at least the sender address and name. Therefore all FOIA requests will be processed in accordance with 38 CFR 1.553(b). Site visit appointments need to be scheduled with Ms. Grissel J. Silva, Environmental Care Officer (FMS).
