Description: Non personal services, Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials as described in the statement of work, and any other items or services necessary for providing erection rental and dismantling of small prefabricated facilities and electrical system in the combined tactical operation center (CTOC) facility at Camp Higashi Chitose, Hokkaido, Japan. Contract Performance Period will be from 1 Dec 02 through 30 May 03. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
