- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # DAHA49-03-T-0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated prov isions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This solicitation is set aside for all responsible small business sources. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334220 and busines s size of (750) employees. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). CLIN 0001, (1) Each, General Dynamics UPA-50, 50 Watt Power Amplifier, Cable, and Mounting Kit, Part Number # 01-P34364E 001. CLIN 0002, (1) Each, General Dynamics UIB-100 Power Supply Interface Box for Power Amplifier and Transceiver, PN# 01-P35807M001. CLIN 0003, (1) Each, General Dynamics UAC-300 AC Power Supply for URC-200 and Power Amplifier, PN# 01-P35683M001. These products are to be delivered to the District of Columbia Air National Guard, Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland, 20762-5011. Upon receipt and evaluation of all offerors, award will be made to the offeror, which is most advantageous to the government. The government int ends to make award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other best value considerations.
