This item is restricted to Honeywell International Cage Code 99193, Engines, Systems & Services, 111 South 34th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources(s) are not owned by the Go vernment and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Required delivery is 210 days after award of contract. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the r equired item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/com/ and looking under Qualification Procedures fo r Aviation Requirements.
