- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Parker Hannifin, Irvine, CA. for the acquisition of the following Peculiar Support Equipment items: P/N 50000G13 Gage/Flush Pin (1each), 50000T3 Holding Fixture base (1 each), 50000T43 Holding Fixture (1 each), 50000T55 Ratchet Indexing Fixture (1 each), 50010T2 Punch (1 each), 55019T2 Wrench (1 each),55200T5 Fixture Pressing (1 each), 55200T6 Bearing Remover (1 each), 55219T1 Drill Jig (1 each), 55438T1 Adapter (1 each), 55562T1 filling Plate (1 each), 127441-SEF1 Pressing Fixture (1 each), 127527 Stacking Fixture (1 each), 333200-SEF1 Test Fixture Integrated Ser (1 each), 127429-SEF1 Bearing Staking Fixture (1 each), 313724 Pressing Fixture (1 each), 313724-SEF2 Staking Fixture (1 each), 313730-SEF1 Torque Wrench (1 each), 333000-SEF1 Test Fixture (1 each), 313628-SEF1 Bearing Staking Fixture (1 each), 324136-SEF1 Pressing Fixture (1 each), 127400-SEF1 Actuator Performance (1 each), 127500 Actuator Performance (1 each), 324109-SEF1 Assembly Sleeve (1 each), 324136-SEF2 Staking Fixture (1 each), 324154-SEF2 Assembly Tools (1 each), 127328-SEF2 (1 Each), and 313639-SEF2 Pressing Fixture (1 each) The proposed acquisition is Peculiair Support Equipment (PSE) for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings. Parker Hannifin holds proprietary data rights to all technical data which is essential to the maintenance of the E-2T aircraft components. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22
