Description

GSA, FSS intends to establish a ?not to exceed? one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for the National Stock Number listed below. This NSN is listed with quantity and description on the attachment to this notice. The estimate stated in the attachment is only an ?estimate? based on the last three years demand. The period of the Standing Price Quote will begin on November 18, 2002 and could last for three months or up to one year ? but will not exceed one year. This NSN is part of GSA?s Stock Program. All offers are to be FOB Destination, with delivery in 30 days or less and a minimum order of no more than $100.00. In addition to the clauses that accompany all purchase orders issued from GSA, the following clauses also apply:552.225-70 Notice of Procurement Restriction ? Hand or Measuring Tools (which states all items must be domestic made), D-FSS-475 Bar Coding, and 552.246-70 Source Inspection applies, D-FSS-468 Non-Manufactured Wood Package Material to European Union (Nov 2001).
