- Description
- The Government of Taiwan has a requirement for Phased Depot Maintenance Support for the Group II configured E2T aircraft. The Government of the United States intends to enter into a Sole Source contract with Northrop-Grumman under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-00-G-0325. Northrop-Grumman is the aircraft Prime Manufacturer and has the knowledge, expertise and necessary technical information to accomplish this contract. Neither the Government of the United States nor the Government of Taiwan have the drawings, data or specifications necessary to complete the work necessary for this requirement. No solicitation will be issued. Any contractor, other than Northrop-Grumman, wishing to propose on this requirement must submit, in writing, a proposal no later than 2 p.m., 1 Feb. 2002 at the following address. Contracting Officer, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Code 25232CD, Bldg 129-2, Rt. 547, Lakehurst NJ 08733. Fax and e-mail proposals are NOT authorized and will be summarily rejected. The Government of the United States reserves the right to reject any and all offers. The United States Government reserves the right to summarily reject any offer received after the date and time listed above.
