Description

This is an amendment to a notice published at this site on October 4, 2002. The Cooperative Vehicle Highway Automation System (CVHAS) pooled fund program, led by the California Department of Transportation and through the assistance of the Federal Highway Administration, is soliciting proposals in key topic areas to advance the knowledge and application for improving transportation efficiency, effectiveness and safety. The Request for Proposals is available at: www.cvhas.org The Pre-Proposal due date has been extended to December 2, 2002, and full proposals are due February 23, 2003.
