Adsorber cell frame shall be sided as 24 inches x 24 inches x 18 inches. The adsorber cell shall be Type I V-bed cell-the adsorbent material used in these cells shall be in full compliance as follows: Carbon Activated, Impregnated, Copper-Silver-Zinc -Molybdenum-Triethylenediamine (ASZM-TEDA); (ASME AG-1-1994): Code on Nuclear and Gas Treatment; (MIL-STD 282): Filter units, protective clothing, gas-mask components and related products: Performance-Test Methods. If additional prototype and/or lot acceptance testing is required beyond those stated above, those costs shall be the responsbility of the contractor at a rate of $800.00 per absorber. The Government will be responsible for performing lot acceptance testing of manufactured absorbers o n a one-time basis at no cost to the contractor. The quantity of absorbers required for lot acceptance will be 10 percent (rounded down) of the total amount of absorbers being purchased, (i.e., 60 cells equals 60 cells, of which 6 of those cells would und ergo destructive DMMP testing; 60 cells equals 60 cells of which 6 of the 69 would be required to undergo destructive DMMP testing, etc.) FILTERS MUST MEET OR EXCEED GAS ADSORBER SPECIFICATION.
