- NA SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE Amendment 0002 Synopsis/Solicitation: DABJ49-03-T-0004 Amendment 0002 to Synopsis/Solicitation DABJ49-03-T-0004 is to issue answer to question received and extend the submital of Phase I information until 12 November 2002. SProLinux, Inc. 1) What is the maximum number of simultaneous users the Department of Army would initially desire to licenseuse of the software for at Yuma Proving Ground?1. Only project 10 users,2) Can additional information be provided as to the specific functionality required for asset management & preventive maintenance?2. Asset management will be the tracking of Government furnished equipment, ie., hand receipts and tracking numbers. No tracking of facilities or vehicles. We are not requiring preventive maintenance software but will be a plus if available.,3) Does Yuma Proving Ground have a current software application in place providing some or all of the functionality described in the SOW?3.No,4) Is it fair to assume that the cost of all hardware and operating sys tems required to host the Supply Management Software is beyond the scope of this RFQ? 4. Yes, hardware and operating systems already in place.,5) Does the Dept. of Army have a determined dollar value budgeted for acquisition of the Supply Management Softw are?5.Yes,6) Will you accept a mailed response for this solicitation? (To deliver Published Software Literature in best format.)7) If responses are required electronically is there any of the following formats the Dept. of Army would prefer not to receive: Microsoft Word Documents, Adobe Portable Document File (PDF), Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel?, 6. Yes, Phase I as long as they are received befor the close of the solicitation, Phase II will be on site oral demonstration.7. Warehouse stock will be input from scratch and inventory of equipment is currently in Microsoft Access to be downloaded.,Bar Code Equipment Service-1.
