- DESC: The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington (FISC) intends to procure a sole source purchase to Odyssey Development Incorporated (8775 East Orchard Road, Suite 811, Englewood, CO 80111) on behalf of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Washington, DC. This order is to provide ISYS software developed by Odyssey Inc that possesses employees to access manuals, the GENS and policy documents online which facilitates staff in timely manner. NOTE: This is not a request for competitive quotes; however interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the Navy's requirement prior to Noon, 06 November 2002.
