- Solicitation for NSN 5342-00-682-2174 / LTC02295002621 Latch, Charging Handle, Controlled Technical Data Availability: This solicitation is for items that require the use of controlled technical data packages (CTDPS). CTDPS are proprietary technical data packages in accordance with restricted rights agreements that permit government activities to furnish the data to bidders/offerors after having received a guarantee from the bidder/ offeror that such data will be returned or destroyed. CTDPS require bidders/offerors to certify via a DSCR form that the conditions for use are understood and met prior to and after receipt of technical data. These conditions apply to unsuccessful and successful bidders/ offerors alike. To the extent that any such disclosure is made to the offerors' suppliers the same nondisclosure agreement relative to the solicitation technical data shall be applicable. Certification forms can be obtained by calling 804-279-4174, or download via Internet. Internet address is Http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lowercase). This item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to all requirements as specified in quality assurance provision (QAP) S1a, paragraphs 4 and 5. Copies of QAP S1A can be obtained through the master solicitation Website: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/qap/qaps.htm I/A/W drawing NR 13873 009990405-02225 dated 08/13/02. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=81,779, O=9350 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=4675, O=9350 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=28,050, O=28,050 / Estimated annual quantity: B=91,129, O=18,700 the requested delivery schedule is 90 days after receipt of order.
