Description: USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to facilitate and provide comments for a draft strategic plan. The Strategic Planning and Resource Assessment (SPRA) Staff of the USDA Forest Service is charged with (1) updating the agency's Strategic Plan under the requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993. Additionally, the Chief of the Forest Service has charged SPRA with (2) the task of developing and implementing a Performance Accountability System that will link budget and performance accountability as required by the President's Management Agenda.
