- It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for these items to the OEM: RAY BURNER, COMPANY, 401 PARR BLVD., RICHMOND, VA 94801 or an authorized distributor for the following: Item 1: NSN 5330-01-386-5911, BOILER GASKET, P/N M-404-2, Qty 24 Each; Item 2: NSN 4410-01-182-1910, H/P Boiler Shell, P/N 1-5848-14E, Qty 3 Each Item 3: NSN 4410-01-230-8024, BOILER, STEAM, P/N 5848-14E-STEAM, Qty 1 Each FOB Destination to USCG ELC, COLUMBIA WAREHOUSE, 6751 ALEXANDER BELL DRIVE, COLUMBIA,MD 21046. Note: No Drawings, Specifications or schematics are available from this agency. Only OEM parts from authorized OEM distributors will be acceptable, no substitute part numbers. Interested sources that can provide the manufacturer?s part numbers requested may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Quotations submitted in response to this solicitation must include: (1) item name, stock number, part number, and unit/total prices; (2) proposed delivery after receipt of order in calendar days; (3) verification that each item shall be individually preserved, packaged, marked, bar-coded and shipped in accordance with best commercial practices; (4) taxpayer identification and Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) number; (5) Contractors full name, address, and telephone number. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The following clauses apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2000); 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (JAN 1999); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (MAR 2001); and 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders (MAY 2001) are hereby incorporated by reference. Offerors must complete and submit Representations and Certifications contained at FAR Clause 52.212-3 (May 2001), ALT 1 (OCT 2000), entitled Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items. Offerorers may obtain full text version of this clause electronically at http://www.arnet.gov/far. Offerors that do not have access to these certifications may request a copy from the point of contact. This is a combined CBD/Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
