Description

NA The Garrison Commander, Fort Myer, Virginia announced on 5 November 2002, its tentative decision to retain in-house the CIF/CER functions. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordance with Office of Management and Budget Cir cular A-76. The decision to retain the performance of the functions in-house was made after a detailed study indicated it was more cost effective to continue to perform the functions by Government personnel rather than by contract. A thirty (30) day public review period commences the start of business on Wednesday, 6 November 2002 and will continue through close of business Thursday, 5 December 2002. Documentation supporting the tentative decision is available for review at the Fort Myer Library, Building 4 69, Fort Myer, Virginia. Due to heightened security measures, interested parties should contact Ms. Pamela Walker at (703)696-0910 or Ms. Debra Bonds at (703)696-4166 to schedule review. Appeals of the decision should be mailed or delivered to the Capital District Contracting Center, Attn: Mr. William E. Campbell, Jr., Contracting Officer, 9410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir VA 22060-5134.
