Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and vehicle, tanker, 5,000 gallons minimum capacity necessary for transporting and handling of Government owned petroleum fuel, oil and lubricant , POL , products to various locations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Period of performance is 1 Jun 03 through 31 May 04 with 4 prepriced 12 month option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS 484110, General Freight Trucking, Local. Issue date is on or about 29 Nov 02. The response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 23 December 2002.
