- NA This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitatio n; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation number is DAHA47-03-Q-0103, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquis ition Circular Number 02-09. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444210 with small business standard of 500 employees or less.
