Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate a sole source service agreement with Giesecke & Devrient America to continue maintenance services for the BPS 3000 system and UMAD/UCAS sensors for the Washington, DC facility located at 14th & C Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20228-0001 for fiscal year 2003 (from date of award through September 30, 2003). Award will be made on a sole source basis, where there is only one responsible source to perform the maintenance and no other services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is only a notice of intent and not a notice to request.
