- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 6TSA-03-JMT-0040 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). System Architecture Overview System Configurable features and Parameters System Configurable Interface Connectivity System Interfaces Operator Position System Console Display Layout and Components System Console Menu Structure and Key Features (c) Operation & Maintenance (O & M) Training Course 2 days (prerequisite: Operator and System Console training) Objective: To familiarize maintenance technicians with the AccessNet system functionality, interfaces and maintainability. To ensure personnel have understanding of system components and functionality to support maintenance activities. Safety and ESD Awareness Theory of Operation LRUs External and Internal Connections External and Internal Indicators Troubleshooting Verification Removal and Replacement This procurement is for Davis Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. Please include all requirements on quotations. No partial quotes. No substitutions. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, cost and ability to meet service requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition to the guidance contained in FAR 52.212-4, contractors shall submit proof of delivery with their invoices. Proof of delivery may be in the form of a bill of lading or other shipping document signed by the receiving office. Invoices received without proof of delivery will not be accepted. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
