- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE Youngstown, Ohio The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 16,000 square feet of rentable space in Youngstown, Ohio. The space requirement can be satisfied through an existing building or through new construction (build-to-suit). Rentable space must yield a minimum of 12,500 net usable square feet, to a maximum of 13,800 net usable square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Secured, on-site parking is required for no less than 69 vehicles. The proposed lease is for Twenty years Ten years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than Fall of 2003. Offered properties must be within the city limits of Youngstown, Ohio. After an on-site survey by a Government representative, the area may be revised to include a smaller geographic area, within the city limits of Youngstown, depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. The offered space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. The General Services Administration does not utilize tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent the ownership. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, or if new construction, the site location.
