Description
The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts intends to award a sole source contract to Sirsi Corporation for the maintenance of proprietary Integrated Library System software. This notice of intent is not a requirest for competitive proposals. No Request for Proposals (RFP) is available. A firm fixed-price contract for the maintenance is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this requirement. Interested firms may submit data to demonstrate their ability to satisfy this requirement. Such data shall include, as a minimum, a complete discription of how the requirement can be met, pricing with all applicable discounts, GSA contract number (if applicable), point of contact, past performance and experience,and any other such pertinent information. Interested sources must show that it is advantageous for the Government to consider its services. If no affirmative responses are received within 15 calendar days of the publication date of this notice that an acceptable alternate source is available, a contract will be placed with Sirsi Corporation. This synopsis is a notice of intent to award a contract and should not be considered as a request for offers. The Government will not pay for information received. All responsible sources will fbe fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determe that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the inteded awardee and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Interested sources shall submit pricing and technial information to Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts at the address contained within this synopsis or by Email.
