- NA This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 106th Rescue Wing, of the New York Air National Guard, Gabreski Airport, Westhampton Beach, NY is in need of five laptops for the HH-60 Sikorsky Helicopters. Minimum specifications include: CLIN 0001 ELMO LT P-600, 256MB, W2000, US Cord, main battery, battery charger, mini dock, replacement stylus (5 pack), mobile USB keyboard, IR-wireless keyboard, screen protector (12 Pack), serial out adapter, carry case, external floppy drive. NOTE THAT THIS EQUIPMENT IS TO BE CONFIGURED FOR THE INSTALLATION AND UTILIZATION IN A HH-60 SIKIRSKY HELICOPTER. CLIN 0002 Supporting Software: Norton System Works, Winzip 8.0, Adaptec SCSI, Falconview 3.10, HAWECSAR AWE & BCC02, button dimmer modification. The Government considers the ELMO Laptop 600, Model LT P 600, from Engineering Development Labs, Inc of Dayton, OH. or EQUAL to meet the minimum requirements of the Government. Descriptive literature and specifications are required with proposal. Delivery is FOB destination and is to be delivered to the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, New York, within 30 days after award. This solicitation number DAHA30-03-R-0003 is being issued as a request for Proposal and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-09. The NAICS for this requirement is 334111(Laptop computers manufacturing). Award shall be based on the lowest price and technically acceptable proposal. Solicitation provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
