Description: Alongside aircraft fuel delivery services, fuel storage and distribution, ground fuel delivery and handling, Government service station operation, used oil collection and fuel laboratory operations at MCAS Yuma, AZ. Contract performance period is May 1, 2003 - April 30, 2007. Contractor-furnished refueling vehicles are required. The Best Value method using source selection procedures will be used in this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
