Description

The US Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, Naval Engineering Division, intends to contract a vendor to train service members on the subject of OPERATION & MAINTENANCE COURSE(Seabeam 2100 Multi-Bean Bathymetric Sonar System) and SEA VIEW SURVEY & MAPPING USERS COURSE(L-3 Communications Seabeam Instrustmetns) beginning, 07 DEC 02 thru 18 DEC 02 for 1 to 10 employees per session. This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Attention: Minority Women Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, The Department of Transportation (DOT), office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
