NA This is additional information in regard to the announcement on 5 NOV 2002 for the A/E Services for the design of the 101st Division Headquarters Command and Control Facility at Ft. Campbell, KY. The NAICS code is being changed to 541310. The SBA website for small business size standards is http://www.sba.gov/size/NAICS-cover-page.htm. NOTE 24 which was added is hereby deleted. That NOTE does not apply to this transmission of information. For more information on ATFP Criteria go to www.lrl.usace.army.m il/ed. For more information on SPIRIT go to www.hnd.usace.army.mil/techinfo. Under Selection Criteria for professional qualifications the following is being added: In addition, the following professionals are required and must be identified by resume: One fire protection engineer who shall be a registered professional engineer, having a minimum of 5 years experience dedicated to fire protection engineering, AND one of the following (a) a degree in Fire Protection Engineering from an accredited universit y, (b) passed the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveys (NCEES) fire protection engineering examination; OR (c) registration in an engineering discipline related to fire protection engineering. Design of military headquarters/command a nd control buildings for the Department of Defense or similar facilities for Department of State, such as embassy facilities with similar requirements to include experience by both the firm and key personnel in the design of federal projects containing sec ure technical support spaces housing a SCIF, utilization of ATFP criteria, and secure voice and data communications systems will be considered as specialized experience. The response date of 5 DEC 2002 has NOT changed.
